Stuga CNC Systems specialise in cutting and prepping machinery. Stuga adapted the Flowline Prepping and Cutting Centre for the specific needs of Britannia Windows, and have since incorporated these new developments as standard.
Our state-of-the-art Hollinger 8 headed automatic welding machine can simultaneously weld 4 corners and two transoms to an accuracy of 0.3mm. A lifting device with conveyor chain is used for discharge of the welded elements.
Our 2 state-of-the-art programmable Rotox tamden line transom, mullion and corner cleaners have an internal data management system with profile recognition, and utilise a fully automated transport table.
One extremely important plus for the Flowline design is that it is effectively two machines working in harmony. The Flowline has entirely separate cutting and prepping centres with a transfer station in-between improving productivity.
The control sequence is controlled by an industrial computer with a VGA LCD touchscreen display. The real-time operating system of the industrial PC controls the machine and the positioning of the axis.
With a memory capacity for 300 individual programs and cleaning heads with ten tools, the fully automated Rotox cleaning line excels in productivity whilst ensuring a high precision finish.
