INSTALLATION: A brief guide to the installation process
1. Contact Britannia or visit our showroom to arrange a free, no obligation quotation.
2. The sales advisor will arrange an appointment to demonstrate Britannia's products to you, take measurements and provide you with a quotation.
3. On placing your order a 20% deposit becomes due, which secures a provisional installation date. (We endevour to fit your windows and doors within 6-8 weeks of your order being placed)
4. Within approximately two weeks our dedicated surveyor will take precise measurements of your windows and/or doors and carry out final checks. The surveyor is also on hand to assist our fitting teams should they require additional materials or an extra pair of hands.

5. A week prior to the installation your fitting date will be confirmed. We request that you remove all curtains and furniture from the area surrounding the windows prior to installation.
6. A team of highly trained fitters will carry out the installation with minimal disruption to you.
7. On completion the fitters will ask you to inspect the windows and doors and can provide you with instructions on operation and maintenence. They will ask you to complete a customer installation inspection record, and if everything is to your satisfaction will collect the final payment.
8. If at any time during your 10 year guarantee period you experience any problems then feel free to contact us, and if necessary we will arrange for our dedicated service engineer to visit you and carry out any corrective action. Our sales consultants are also more than happy to help with any problems as a point of contact.
