How we work

Installing new home improvements can seem like a daunting task, but not when you can count on our experience and proven track record. We will always go the extra mile to make you smile:

1. Visit our showroom or call to arrange an appointment at home.
2. An experienced advisor will visit to take rough measurements, listen to your requirements and offer helpful advice.
3. We aim to send you a detailed written quotation within 48 hours.
4. Come to our showroom to discuss any finer details and if you are happy to go ahead, then sign our Domestic Contract of sale and place a 20% deposit.
5. The Installation Manager will call within 48 hours to book a final survey to take accurate manufacturing sizes.
6. The office team will then produce CAD drawings for manufacture.
7. We will call you two weeks before the installation to confirm your fitting date.
8. The fitters will arrive on the agreed installation date and work quickly, cleanly and efficiently causing minimum disruption to you and your home.
9. Once finished the fitters will demonstrate the operation of your new products, check that you are satisfied with the installation and collect payment.
(Please note: Conservatories are more involved and require multiple visits for basework, electric, fitting, plastering etc. For your convenience we will carefully manage the process from start to finish).
