Ongoing COVID secure measures will remain in place:

• The safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees remains our primary concern.
• As long as we work together to keep each other safe, installations are still taking place.
• We are able to measure up and provide you with a quotation for windows, doors and conservatories
• Our factory is busy making products and our suppliers are open for business

All our trades people will continue to wear the appropriate protective equipment, take the necessary precautions and have an adequate and safe space to work in.
You agree not to be in the same room as our trades people, give them plenty of space and agree to keep your home well ventilated and sanitised and wear appropriate PPE
For quotations and measuring up, you give our surveyors/consultants instructions from the doorstep and at a distance, prior to letting them into your home to measure up, whilst you remain in a separate room and at a safe distance
