Do your Living Spaces have any customisation options?
Yes they do, we have a variety of features that will add a personalised touch. We can provide them in multiple sizes and with larger door openings, and we can customise the super-insulated columns.
Alongside that, we also have a selection of decorative cornices. We have a choice of four standard colours for our cornices, and can also apply any RAL colour on request. Our cornices come in up to three tiers and they can be curved if you’d like a traditional aesthetic. There are a few other nuances we can provide so feel free to ask if there’s something in particular you’d like.
Is it worth having a Living Space?
We certainly think so; installing a Living Space will give you extra space, increase the value of your property and provide a beautiful, eye-catching focal point.
Living Spaces are an incredibly versatile type of extension. You can use them as a dining room or a large social area to host gatherings, or simply as a place of tranquillity to relax and unwind. Plus, they rarely require planning permission. If you’re hankering after a little extra room to work with, a Living Space is the perfect choice.
How much will a Living Space cost?
It varies. We pride ourselves on offering affordable home extensions but there is no hard and fast answer. Factors like the size of the project, your choice of extras and the location of the property will impact the final cost.
